At Guardian Angel Project, our mission is to support riders and their families through fundraising efforts to help lighten the burden of expenses incurred from an accident that caused traumatic injuries or loss of life
On March 15th while at Jennings GP in Florida, our friend Alain Guembes crashed in turn 14 and suffered life threatening injuries. Alain was at South Georgia Medical Center for over 19 days after the crash and has finally started the journey to be transported closer to home.
His wife Monica has been staying by his side while he continues to suffer from severe head injury, many broken ribs, a deflated lung, broken fingers, broken wrist, fractured vertebrae.
After surgeries to plate 4 of his ribs, and 11 days under sedation on a breathing machine, Alain is now stable and has been moved to a regular recovery room.
Alain’s breathing tube was removed last Tuesday the 25th and was taken off sedation. We were hopeful that Alain would awaken normally. However, he has been diagnosed with TBI (traumatic brain injury) The severity and ability to recover from his TBI is still unknown at this time.
Monica is working to have Alain transported to a facility here in Texas that specialized in post TBI care.
Monica is a private person who is absolutely overwhelmed. Encouraging words and messages are all greatly appreciated, but please understand that she currently cannot respond to an onslaught of messages
Alain is a loving husband and father of four.
Alain works at Wild West Motoplex as a salesman.
Alain is a pillar of our community as coach with RideSmart Motorcycle School, 3:16 Track Days, and Bittinger Motorsports.
Our brother needs our help.

Our vision is to provide relief of financial burdens to downed riders so they can focus on self care and healing. We want every rider to know there will be someone there to help them in their greatest time of need so they never feel forgotten
When a rider is lost, our vision is to support the families left behind during their time of need. We hope to offer in the future, through fundraising, the ability to cover all funeral costs and provide memorials for those riders that are no longer with us
